The CFP committee released seven polls in 2014 compared to six polls each of the last three seasons. The Power Points Standings matched the committee on the top four teams in the very first poll in 2014. That said, listed below is how often the two methods agreed on the top four teams over the final six weeks of the regular season during the first four years of the college football playoff. Counting the first poll (not included below), the two methods agreed on at least three teams 19 of the first 21 polls but did not agree on at least three teams once in the last four weeks.
